With an M.S. in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California—specializing in Industrial-Organizational and Consumer Psychology—I bring over two decades of leadership experience, systems thinking, and people-centered transformation.
My career has spanned corporate banking, culture strategy, organizational development, and entrepreneurship. Along the way, I’ve led large teams, built cross-sector partnerships, and designed initiatives that bridge vision with execution.
ROOTS™ was born from a simple but urgent truth:
Most organizations don’t fail because they lack values—they fail because those values aren’t lived consistently.
I saw this pattern across industries, sectors, and leadership styles. High-level strategies often looked good on paper, but day-to-day experiences told a different story. ROOTS™ emerged as a way to measure not just what people say about culture, but how systems, behaviors, and values truly align.
The name ROOTS™ reflects both the diagnostic process and the philosophy behind it:
Healthy cultures grow from strong foundations.
Alignment must be nurtured, like soil that sustains life.
Every decision—like water, sunlight, or stewardship—affects what blooms.
