Compassion

Compassion is the fourth principle of Ma'at — care grounded in the most universal human desire, for love and for freedom from suffering, shown as empathy, kindness, and patience toward all beings, including oneself. In an organization its sharpest test is whether power moves with care.

Compassion begins where order, balance, and harmony start to move between people. Its canonical question is whether people are met with care here.
