Justice

Justice is the seventh principle of Ma'at — living with rightness across social, economic, and relational life. In the tradition its seat is the heart, shown in a person's words and actions rather than their title or affiliation.

In an organization, Justice is fairness and rightful treatment made real in how decisions actually land on people. It completes the progression the six principles before it build toward.
