Organizational Care

Organizational Care is whether people are treated as whole human beings rather than as units of output. It has two sides: humanity — emotional safety, wellbeing, and dignity across difference — and vitality — energy, renewal, creative flow, and shared aliveness.

When care is strong, it is built into how the place runs rather than offered as a perk.
