Reciprocity (principle)

Reciprocity is the fifth principle of Ma'at — the movement of exchange between people, the mutual obligation and return that lets a community hold together. In an organization it is exchange that regenerates rather than extracts, and accountability paired with gratitude.

What an organization puts into its people tends to come back to it. The value carried under the principle of Reciprocity is Gratitude.
