Regenerative culture

Regenerative culture is an organizational culture designed to give back more than it takes — one that renews the people, relationships, and conditions it depends on rather than wearing them down. It holds itself to a higher bar than sustainability: to leave what it touches stronger than it found it.

In CultureROOTS the regenerative commitment is built into the shape of the work — a reading is meant to begin restoration rather than end on a shelf, and the fourth movement, Regenerate, turns insight toward what might grow from here. Grounded in Sankofa, Ma'at's Balance, and African cyclical logic.
