Systems of Stewardship
Systems of Stewardship is whether an organization's systems, resources, and relationships are tended for the long term — whether systems match stated values, capacity is cared for, the relational field is protected, and leadership acts with integrity and repairs harm. When it is strong, the system itself holds people up rather than quietly wearing them down.
It is the domain most concerned with power, accountability, and repair — whether the structure serves the people inside it over time.
One of the five ROOTS domains; read through MyReality.
