The Three Lenses

The Three Lenses are how CultureROOTS reads a workplace: what a person values (MyResonance), how they have learned to move under pressure (MyRhythm), and the conditions they are actually inside (MyReality). Each lens is measured on its own, because the most useful information lives in the gaps between them.

Kept apart, the lenses can tell apart situations that look identical from outside — a team that has stopped caring from one protecting itself from a punishing environment. The order is fixed: MyResonance, then MyRhythm, then MyReality. When many readings are considered together, the collective synthesis, OurSignal, is where a culture begins to see itself.
