Truth

Truth is the sixth principle of Ma'at — speaking what is real and living in accord with it, beginning with self-knowledge. In an organization it is whether people can say what is real and be met by it rather than managed by it.

Truth carries both personal truth and a truth that holds beyond any one perspective. It moves through a workplace as two values, Authenticity and Integrity — bringing what is real into the room, and keeping words and actions aligned over time.
